3Mobile Fixed IP SIM

Three is now part of VodafoneThree. A Three fixed IP SIM gives your router a permanent address with access to both Three and Vodafone masts.

Three after the merger

Three has long been known for data heavy mobile broadband and strong 5G spectrum holdings. It is now part of VodafoneThree. Since the network integration completed in 2026, Three customers have seen faster 4G as spectrum was combined, and can connect through Vodafone masts where they give better coverage. The Three brand continues.

Existing Three fixed IP SIMs keep their APN and address. Read what the merger means for business and IoT SIMs.

Why choose Three

Three is a good choice for data hungry uses such as 5G broadband, CCTV upload and site cabins, especially where its 5G is strong. With Vodafone masts now available as well, coverage outside cities is better than it used to be. For resilience, pair Three with EE or O2 rather than with Vodafone.

Questions we are often asked

Is 3 Mobile still a separate network?

Three remains a separate brand, but it is part of VodafoneThree and now shares masts and core network with Vodafone in most areas.

Can I get a fixed public IP on Three?

Yes. We supply Three SIMs with a fixed public IP, a fixed private IP or a dynamic IP.

Should I use Three and Vodafone in a dual SIM router?

Not if you want two independent networks. Pair Three with EE or O2 instead.
