A 4G Router is the most common device used in conjunction with a Fixed IP SIM Card. In particular, most Fixed IP SIM users will utilise an industrial grade, M2M 4G router that includes features like ping reboot, port forwarding, SMS reboot, remote management and security features to prevent unauthorised access to the router and connected devices.
There are several manufacturers of M2M 4G routers including Teltonika, Robustel, Sierra Wireless, Cradlepoint and Geneko.
